About the Role
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with Ujuzi Hub’s programs and goals.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content (posts, videos, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Grow Ujuzi Hub’s online community through interactive engagement and thoughtful responses to comments and DMs.
- Track social media metrics and generate monthly performance reports.
Partnership Outreach:
- Research and identify potential partners, including educational platforms, banks, schools, and corporates.
- Develop introductory pitch emails, presentations, and partnership proposals.
- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, or calls, warming up leads before handing them over to you for final discussions.
- Maintain a database of partnership prospects and manage follow-ups to nurture relationships.
Online and Outdoor Marketing Initiatives:
- Plan and implement creative online campaigns to increase Ujuzi Hub’s visibility and engagement.
- Organize outdoor activations such as school visits, career fairs, and community events to promote Ujuzi Hub’s programs.
- Collaborate with design teams to create promotional materials like banners, flyers, and brochures for offline marketing efforts.
- Track the impact of these initiatives and incorporate feedback for future strategies.
Collaboration on Campaigns:
- Work closely with you to plan campaigns around product launches, events, or partnership activations.
- Identify opportunities to feature partners within Ujuzi Hub’s programs and digital content.
Reporting and Strategy:
- Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies for social media, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights on audience trends, potential partnership gaps, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable results.
Strong communication and content creation skills (both written and visual).
Basic understanding of partnerships, outreach, and relationship building.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, scheduling platforms, and email outreach tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently. What Success looks like:
Increased Social Media Engagement and Growth: Month-over-month growth in followers and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Steady Sales of the Path to Purpose Workbook: Monthly sales of at least 15 workbooks driven by the coordinator’s marketing efforts (online and outdoor).
Expanded Partnership Pipeline: A steady list of warmed-up partnership leads, with at least 2 new partnerships secured every 6 months.
Effective Marketing Initiatives: Successful planning and execution of both online campaigns and outdoor activations (e.g., school visits, career fairs), resulting in increased program awareness and workbook sales.
Consistent Content and Outreach Strategy: A well-structured content calendar and consistent implementation of outreach campaigns.
Impactful Testimonial Collection: At least one video testimonial per month collected from clients, students, or partners to showcase Ujuzi Hub’s impact.
Fully Booked Coaching Calendar: A steady stream of coaching appointments resulting from social media engagement, partnership activations, and workbook outreach efforts.
Data-Driven Insights: Regular reporting on performance metrics and strategy adjustments to optimize campaigns, sales, and audience engagement.
Improved Brand Visibility and Sales Conversions: Recognition of Ujuzi Hub as a leading career training and coaching platform, reflected in increased engagement, workbook sales, and inquiries.
